Descripción: Se necesita cubrir una vacante de Administrador de OpenText (OpenText Administator) para incorporar a nuestras oficinas de CSC Asturias.

Requisitos (en inglés):

Education: Formación Profesional Grado Superior – Informática
Mininum experience: At least 2 years.
Minimum requirements:

  • OpenText ECM Suite: Content Server, Email Archiving Bridge, Email Management Client, Administration Client, Archive Server.
  • Systems: Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server.
  • Databases: SQL Server.
  • English. 

Desirable requierments:

  • Tomcat, WebSphere, Oracle, DB2.
  • German.

Profile description: As result of the expansion process of our office in Asturias, CSC is recruiting an OpenText Administrator who will work as a part of an international team deploying stable projects. Professional growth and knowledge acquisition will be fostered.

As an OpenText Administrator, the recruited person will be in charge of the following main tasks:

  • Installing and maintaining application environment in his/her own area of responsibility.
  • Being responsible for providing application support services as appropriate.
  • Performing impact analysis of software changes across various components.
  • Being responsible for Release and/or Change Management principles.
  • Customizing products and designing the procedures needed to ensure security, availability, performance, etc.
  • Carrying out tests and optimizing application support services.
  • Providing customer and operational support as required.
  • Providing support for the production and (as appropriate) development systems to ensure that an operational service is maintained.
  • Maintaining and scheduling testing and production environments as required.
  • Performing project work for the implementation.
  • Coordinating and evaluating IT products to ensure a consistent, effective approach.
  • Carrying out tuning and trouble shooting activities (third level support).
  • Implementing solutions to prevent problems from re-occurring.
  • Taking action to improve availability and quality.
  • Being accountable for one or more applications, evaluating all future changes to ensure operational integrity.
  • Maintaining and scheduling testing and production processes.
  • Liaising with customers providing advice and guidance to ensure best practice in the use of ISP facilities.
