Funciones:

  • The candidate will support the physical organization of the legal archive in the Madrid Headquarters and send the inactive ones to the external archive.
  • Understanding towards complex contract archive and its processes to be able to review documents and confirm their status in the Legal database.
  • Review which documents should be stored for a long period and send them to an external archive.
  • Ensure which documents are only in a physical format and include them in the database.
  • Organise documents that should be stored within the department.
