Descripción: We are looking for a highly motivated and young Community Manager & telemarketing with education in the fields of Marketing and Digital business to help the marketing team build up the user base for our Global operations. You need to enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be very result-oriented. Role Highlights:
Manage Social Networks (Facebook, Twitter, G+ and others) for Spain and UK
Coordinate other languages content
Create and manage content for beauty and leisure market (hair salon, spa…)
Develop database of social media active potential customers
Contact potential customers by mail or phone (50% of time)
Key Accountability and Responsibilities
Collating, analyzing and interpreting social media data.
Manage networks: create and publish content, answer questions, increase community.
Collaborate with Social Media Marketing campaigns.
Report results to CMO.
Stay ahead of social media trends.
Write and manage content for tech and verticals (Beauty and leisure) publications.
Develop contact database: social contacts (Facebook and Twitter) and phone and email.
Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies.
Independent and Entrepreneurial drive with strong focus on results.
Fluent in both English and Spanish. Other languages will be a plus.
Motivation to get things done and take initiative independently.
Ability to work in an international work environment.
Community management and social media experience.
Passion for doing new things everyday
